Return Eligibility:
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 15 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all tags, labels, and any certificates or documentation.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized jewelry.
- Items labeled as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
- Full Refund Eligibility:
- If you purchase three or more items to qualify for free shipping and decide to return one or two items, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. To receive a full refund, all items from your order must be returned. Products must be in their original condition, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all tags, labels and returned within 15 days of receiving them.
How to Request a Return:

- Return Approval: After we approve your return, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
- Shipping Costs: If your return is approved, you may be provided with a prepaid shipping label. Otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Prepare the Item for Return
- Pack the item: Place the jewelry back in its original packaging (including any tags, certificates, or labels) and ensure it’s secure for shipping.
- Attach the Label: Print the prepaid return label (if applicable) and attach it to your package.
Ship the Item
- Drop off the package at your nearest Courier Services location or arrange for a pickup using the label provided.
- If you’re responsible for the return shipping, please use a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us safely.
Refund Process:
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
- Refund: Once approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds will typically be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
